Registration Guidelines
Registration Information
Welcome to the registration for the IFFAS 2024. To register, you are requested to sign up to create an account. Also IFFAS 2024 is held as an In-person Congress.
For participation in all programs of the IFFAS 2024, Registration is required to be admitted to the venue.
All Registration must be completed on the official website. The deadline for early-bird Registration has been extended to May 7, 2024. Participants are strongly encouraged to register before May 7, 2024 to take advantage of the discounted registration fees.
Please read carefully below before proceeding with registration, and note that it will take considerable time for any payment change or credit card cancellation.

The Regular & On-site registration fee will be paid in Korean won (KRW) if you pay by credit card.
Any participant who wants to attend the meeting must complete the online registration.
Any registrations sent via email will not be accepted.
Once you have completed your online registration, you can only modify your personal information.
After registration is completed, you can receive a registration receipt on ‘My page’ after payment.

* Trainee, Resident and Nurse Refers to: in order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID) must be uploaded during the online registration.
** Accompanying person can only participate in the social program activities. The Accompanying Person fee is applicable to family members of participants only.

Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner will be held at Grand Ballroom (1F), Coex.
Participants who wish to join must purchase tickets to be admitted to the venue. Those who plan to join the Gala Dinner can purchase a ticket during the registration process. Please note that dinner tickets are limited on a first-come, first-served basis.

Group Registration
The group registration process is valid for a minimum of 10 Participants.
In order to facilitate your group registration, please fill out the form at the end of this document and return by email to:

Group registration is eligible for international participants. (Domestic participants cannot be included or apply.)
For group registration, the total amount for all members needs to be paid at one time by one representative.
Fees incurred during payment are the responsibility of the sender.
Group registration is only available for Bank Wire Transfer (Card payment is not allowed). Please note that the bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
The Secretariat will not accept group registration from a week before the event. (From May 24, 2024)
Changing a member of the group after application will only be accepted up to one month before the event (Until April 30, 2024).
And the representative must inform the secretariat by e-mail.
After completing the group registration, individual cancellations and refunds of the group registrants are not possible. (Entire group registration cancellation is possible only.)

Acknowledgment of Registration
Acknowledgment of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail after your online registration is successfully completed.
Payment Status (Check at “My page”)
You can check the payment status of your registration at 'My page'.
Payment needed: Payment has not been made yet.
On-going: Secretariat is in the process of checking payment has been made (if you select wire-transfer).
Completed: Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.
For the bank transfer, it may take some time for the payment status to be updated as ‘completed’ because the secretariat has to confirm the payment.
Confirmation of Registration
An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration.
Registrants can check the status of registration and payment on ‘My page’ by logging into the online registration system.
You will be able to print an official receipt from the online registration system once your payment is completed.
Note that the receipt will be available after your Payment is completed (credit card) or confirmed by the secretariat (bank transfer).
Payment Method
All fees are stated in USD with Tax included.
Registration will be confirmed upon the receipt of payment.
Upon receipt of full payment of the fees, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail.
Credit Card
Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.
The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, Master, JCB and AMEX. ( Please clearly state your credit card information.)
Please use your own credit card.
All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
The actual charged amount may differ according to the exchange rate.
Wire Transfer
All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
Please check if you have entered your email address correctly as all confirmations and letters will be communicated via emails.
A remitter’s name MUST BE SAME as the registrant’s name.
If the remitter’s name is different from the name of the registrant, please send a copy of the transfer receipt to the IFFAS 2024 Secretariat at The registrant’s and remitter’s names should be stated in the email.
Please observe the relevant registration deadlines. Registration fees depend on the date the payment is received in our account and will be adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be given after May 1, 2024.
For the cancellation, please download the cancellation form, fill out the information, and then send it to IFFAS 2024 Secretariat via email (
In case of cancellation of participation who paid by wire transfer, registration fees will be refunded minus a handling fee of 40 USD per person until April 30, 2024 KST.
After that date, a refund of registration fees is not available. For administrative reasons, refunds will be made after the conference, and the cancellation charge shall be deducted from the refund amount.

Letter of Invitation (for application of entry visa to Korea)
The invitation letter can be downloaded on ‘My Page’ after completing online registration and full payment. This letter is NOT a commitment of the IFFAS 2024 organizing committee to provide financial assistance to any participants or accompanying persons.
